Rokt named as one of Built In’s 100 Best Hybrid Places to Work
We’re proud to announce that Rokt has been listed as one of Built In’s 100 Best Hybrid Places to Work! This award is following a noteworthy 2022 where Rokt also landed spots on the Inc. 5000 list and Crain’s New York Fast 50. By achieving this accolade, we have joined the ranks amongst some of the biggest names in tech in 2023.
At Rokt, we’re continually encouraging our Rokt’stars to unleash the desire they’ve always had to achieve something bigger and take the leap. In order to give them these tools, we have built a people-first culture to help them grow, and in 2023 we’re setting out to have our best year yet. We strive to provide Rokt’stars and their loved ones with best-in-class benefits that are thoughtfully designed to support the physical, financial, developmental and emotional wellbeing of our Rokt’stars. This includes benefits such as a ‘Level Up’ training allowance which gives Rokt’stars the ability to attend trainings and classes to impact, “High 5” days which are additional PTO days once our Rokt’stars have used their 20 allocated days for the year, and generous parental leave.
As the world has continued to navigate its new normal, we’re proud to be a hybrid office. This past year Rokt has grown to over 450+ employees, and we’re committed to expanding our office space to accommodate new Rokt’stars to our hybrid work culture. As part of our hybrid work culture, we have a number of in-office perks to give our Rokt’stars a way to get the most out of their experience. These perks range from hackathons like Rokt’athon, catered lunches 3 times a week, and even in-person panels from Rokt’s EDI culture groups that celebrate and promote diversity in the workplace.

Last month, Rokt announced an a secondary transaction led by Square Peg and Wellington Management that increased Rokt’s valuation to US $2.4B.
