The best of both worlds: work and home balance
Technology has changed the way we’ve been able to connect with each other. But there is no substitute for being together in person. For this reason, Rokt has chosen to embrace a hybrid work culture. We offer the best of both worlds with our combination of remote and in-office work. While the primary draw of working in the office is the chance to meet face-to-face with fellow Rokt’stars, the free snacks, coffee, lunches, beautiful offices, and events make in-office work even more enjoyable!

Annual Global Kick Off
One of the many ways we come together to “Enjoy the Ride,” this annual Rokst’star gathering is an opportunity for the global company to come together to celebrate our accomplishments and plan for our future. Check out this video from our most recent GKO in Whistler, Canada.
End of Quarter
We celebrate the end of each quarter with our EOQ events. These events give us the opportunity to hear from leaders across the organization globally, spend time together as a company, and participate in fun-filled activities.
Rokt’athon
Our company-wide hackathon challenges Rokt’stars to think outside the box and encourages blue sky thinking to come up with innovative ideas and solutions for Rokt. Teams across different functions workshop their ideas over the course of 24 hours. The company votes on their favorite ideas, and the winners get to see their ideas come to life.
